  • These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the entry and participation in the Holiday Strategy Session giveaway (“Giveaway”) offered by Hibret Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By completing your entry, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Eligibility

    1.1 Open to individuals ages 18+ worldwide. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

    2.1 To receive one (1) entry, you must complete all four steps on the platform where you are entering:

    2.2 Users can enter on Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin. Entries from each platforms will qualify as long as they perform all four actions on each platform

    2.3 Entries from multiple accounts are allowed and will count separately.

    3. Entry Deadline

    3.1 All entries must be completed by 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025.

    4. Winner Selection

    4.1 One (1) winner will be chosen by randomized drawing during the first week of January 2026.

    4.2 The winner will be contacted directly via the platform they entered on.

    5. Prize

    5.1 The winner will receive one (1) 60-minute Strategy Session with Hibret Solutions, valued at $150 USD. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

    7. Data + Privacy

    8.1 Hibret Solutions reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
