How It Works

Select one of the support tiers below. Each tier includes a set number of hours for monthly support, where you can select from a wide range of services.

Each service item represents approximately 3 hours of work. Based on your chosen package, you can pick the number of items that fit your needs.

You’ll receive personal meetings with senior partners, ensuring that you get the strategic guidance necessary for success.

Other Conditions / Things To Keep In Mind:

  • Commitment to Success: To take advantage of this rate, you must commit to a minimum of 6 months of services. This ensures we can effectively implement long-term strategies and deliver consistent results for your business. 

  • Adjustable Hours: You can adjust the number of hours spent each month on each selected item based on your business needs. You’re just capped at the total number of hours available in your package. If you need additional hours in a given month, you can always add them at our standard consulting rate. 

  • Get expert assistance: Our team will work with you each month to execute the selected services, ensuring measurable results and impact. 

  • Ongoing strategic support: Personal meetings with senior partners are included in each tier, ensuring that you have access to expert guidance and can adjust strategies as needed.

    • System Performance Check: Run diagnostic tests on key business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, website) to ensure they are operating efficiently. 

    • Software Update Management: Review and install updates for critical software tools and security patches. 

    • Security Audit: Conduct a basic cybersecurity check, including password management and review of firewall settings. 

    • Data Backup and Recovery Test: Perform monthly data backups and test the recovery process to ensure business continuity. 

    • Cloud Storage Review: Check usage, file organization, and ensure files are correctly stored in the cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). 

    • IT Support Ticket Review: Review and resolve 3-4 internal IT support tickets from staff or clients. 

    • Goal Setting & Tracking: Set or refine monthly goals and track progress on previously established business goals. 

    • Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback (surveys, reviews, etc.), then create a plan for action. 

    • Risk Assessment: Perform a brief assessment of current risks to the business and prepare risk mitigation plans. 

    • Social Media Audit: Review and analyze the performance of the last month’s social media posts and create a plan to adjust based on insights. 

    • Email Campaign Execution: Design, test, and send a marketing email campaign to customers or prospects. 

    • SEO Review: Conduct an SEO check on the website and update page titles, meta descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility. 

    • Content Creation for Blog: Write and schedule a blog post, ensuring it's aligned with SEO and current business needs.

    • Workplace Culture Review: Assess the company’s culture, and check-in with employees to gauge engagement and satisfaction. 

    • Payroll Review: Review employee time sheets, process payroll, and ensure tax withholdings are accurate. 

    • Monthly Budget Review: Review and update the business budget, including tracking actual vs. projected spending. 

    • Cash Flow Analysis: Assess current cash flow to ensure liquidity for day-to-day operations and prepare recommendations if needed. 

    • Expense Audit: Review all recent expenses for potential savings or opportunities to reduce costs. 

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
